EFT ONE ON ONE SESSION

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, is a gentle way to free you from uneasy feelings. It can also relieve physical discomfort.  EFT is non-invasive and doesn’t involve medication.

EFT combines elements of psychological therapy (cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure therapy) with light tapping on acupressure points.

EFT balances the mind-body energy system, helping the brain feel a state of emotional calm and safety.  Clients are surprised when they are suddenly freed from their old negative feelings.
